All results are generated using a trusted third-party AI provider based on visual patterns and metadata (if available). These estimates are speculative and not guaranteed to be accurate. You agree not to rely on Pinzy for navigation, safety, legal claims, or any decision that could result in harm, loss, or liability.

You may share your results publicly or privately, but you must not present them as verified, certified, or official location data. The app is intended for casual, educational, or exploratory use only.

You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app or its services - Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission - Automate, scrape, or systematically extract any data from the app - Upload content that violates laws, copyrights, or the rights of others

All intellectual property related to Pinzy — including its name, design, interface, and source code — belongs to its developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the app without explicit permission.

Pinzy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for: - Inaccurate or misleading results - Loss of data or content - Technical malfunctions or outages - Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use (or misuse) of the app Use of the app is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the app at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
