Photo Metadata When you upload a photo, we extract available metadata (if present) such as: - GPS coordinates - Date and time - Device model This metadata is used only to improve the accuracy of the AI-generated location analysis. No Personal Information Collected We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information like your name, email, IP address, or device ID. No registration or login is required to use the app.

- Your photo and extracted metadata are temporarily processed in-memory and sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to a trusted third-party AI service for analysis. - In some cases, the request may be securely routed through a proxy server to ensure speed and reliability. - We do not store or cache your photos or metadata — not on your device, and not on our servers. - Analysis results are shown only within the app and saved locally on your device using standard iOS storage (AsyncStorage). - This local data is not encrypted and can be deleted at any time from within the app.

Pinzy does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We rely only on: - A third-party AI service provider, for generating location insights based on photos - A secure proxy server, used occasionally to route certain requests - Apple iOS system frameworks We do not control or have visibility into the data retention policies of these external service providers. However, we do not store any data ourselves.

Pinzy is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. We do not collect or process any personal data, and therefore comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global standards.

- All search history and results are stored only on your device and are never shared or uploaded. - You can delete your history at any time from within the app. - We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data. - Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no user profile or account to request or delete. We comply with global privacy laws, including (where applicable): - The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

- Pinzy requires an internet connection to function. No features are available offline. - The app requests permission to access your photo library. No other device permissions are requested or used.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest version. We will also post updates on our App Store page. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
